I am doing labour contract working at sugar Factory with 150 members for sugar packaging and cane loading and unloading.
what is the gst tax on my labour work
can sugar Factory claim itc on the same invoice.

RATE of tax is 18% and the Sugar factory can take credit to the extent used for making taxable supplies.
