What is the gst rate on House Construction contract and material like cement sand iron purchase with gst itc for the same available or not.

Construction materials are maximum 18 percents like steel, cement, hardware items and some material are 12 percent
Individual House construction contract GST rate is 18%
Works contract or goods or services or both used for the construction of IMMOVABLE PROPERTY is not available (BLOCK CREDITS u/s 17(5) "
Important Note Added : Construction includes re-construction , renovation , additions , alteration or repairs >> ITC blocked up to the amount of capitalization
