Gst rate on hand driven chaff cutter?

Hello Everyone,

Can anyone please clarify what will be the GST rate on Hand Driven Chaff Cutter (Machine)? Will it be 8201 or 8433/8436? This product is exempt in Vat.

Please clarify with sutaible clarification.

If possible can you provide any clarification? I mean to say as it is not specificaly mentioned by name in GST list so how decision is to be made that it not in exempt list as it is in VAT.

last thrusday cheef secutry ki meeting pilibhit me Gst ke officer ke sath up me thi usme dept ki taraf se representation me mai gaya tha vaha ye query yek pratinidhi mandal ne ki thi jis pr dept ke master tranner ne dekh kar usi time replly diya tha is liye confirm hu
baki mai khud delh lu then can confirm u

is pr cheef sectry sir ki bhi tippdi thi ki hand driven chaff cutter yek machine hai na ki hand made useable goods on that case tax will be a part for that

same question pe pashuo ke chaara kaatne ki machine pe bhi query earse. hui thi
