GST RATE ON FLY ASH BRICKS

what is the effective rate of gst in manufacturing of fly ash bricks and if it is 5 % then can manufacturer of fly ash bricks avail gst input credit on raw material

If the company registered under regular scheme u/s 9(1) then he can claim itc on raw material. Bt if he registered under composition scheme u/s 10,then he can't avail itc.
