Gst rate on electrician, plumbing,cleaning and repairing work

Hello All One of my Client provides different kinds of services like architech, cleaning of offices,plumbering services,civil structure,repairing of AC/Tv/wishing machine and other related work contract services and they have incorporated a pvt ltd company and registered for service tax however they have not provided any services yet as business has not been started yet. My Question is How would we migrate to GST we dont have any user id or password for Service tax ?will it a migration or fresh registration in Gst? and what is the Gst rate of above mention different kind of services? what is rate of Gst on work contract services? Thanx in Advance

1. If you have already taken a Service Tax no then you will have to follow the process through Migration via login into aces. and also u forgot your user I'd and password then u can get from service tax office by consent letter to reset your password and login I'd.

2. if you haven't taken Service tax then u have to apply for new Registration.

3. Tax rate on Original Works Contract Services is 12%
New Registration under Gst

I have an electrician school, and an electrician company and the same situation I have.

GST would be applicable at 18% probably. This is not an original works contract (12%) as it is not for construction of an immovable property.

I always advise to find professionals in this business, so everything will go faster and better. And GST often helped me with good recommendations.

It could be difficult to find a good electrician specialist that can fix everything, every issue that you have. Because it could happen that the electrician doesn't even know how a bulb should be mounted. But these guys, residential electricians Minneapolis, are the best electricians I have ever meet.
