GST RATE ON DETENTION CHARGES FOR TRANSPORTER

Dear Sir,
i am a transporter and i am charging gst @ 12% on transporation service, i want to know that some times i have to charge detention charges if our vehicle late unload at destination then what will be gst rate on detention charges 12% or 18%.
