I am doing sale in Jally & Sand at 5% GST and i am collecting transport & Loading charges along with Bill @ 5% i want to know whether i can take ITC of vehicle maintenance for collection loading & Transport from Bill and in Sale Bill Collecting Transport 5% is correct or should collect 18% for Transport do the needfull

yes, you are doing correct.
In term of section 8 of cgst act its a composite supply & the gst rate for the principal supply shall be applicable ie 5%.
