We are excuting a Govemnet Project of Water. We are chagrinig the 12% GST rate to Govermment and we have given same work to subcontract to x vendor. he is charging the 12% GST to us but if we have some petty contractor then same GST rate will be charge to us. please confirm along with act and notification etc.
