Sourav. no is like a road sides fast food (selling a food on small vehicle )
our service is also same but selling a food on small shop 100 sqft room

5% without claiming ITC and 18% if ITC claimed.

For Fast food Shop, GST is 5% without ITC and 18% with ITC claim
If your most of purchase are from Unregistered suppliers..than 5% without ITC is beneficial
