What is the Gst rate for elevator in building

sale and installation of elevator will be taxed at 28% considering it to be a composite supply.
if its only installation and the materials are provided by the client than it will be a service and will be taxed @ 18%

Hi,

We have installed Lifts in our Apartment and office supplied & Installed by Mitsubishi and Thysenkrup and both the company charged same 18% and even Kone Elevators also gave Quote for 18% but none of the charged 28%.
