Gst rate applicable or not
Dear All
I am selling from our company, truck fitted with SS Tanker purchase in 1997 & 2004 from Tata Motor. and current WDV is NIL (except 5% margin). And sell in Rs 1 lakh only. Please give the what is GST rate are charged on which amount or not charged

gst applicable on the 65% of transaction value ( if it is not purchase in GST regime)
