Nothing is mention in GST legislature but since it is not covered in GST exemption list on education sector so 18% GST shall be applicable.

the person who is geting the admission done in foriegn educational instution and receiving commision in foreign currency.
acc to me Reverse charge provisions will get applicable or not. As services are provided to non taxable territory.
