what is the gst rate for prepared tea vendor

I am asking for RCM, if I buy tea for office and claim it as office exp then should I pay tax as receipent of supply?
SIMPLE TAKE TAX INVOICE FROM HIM
The supplier of Tea shall prepare BILL OF MATERIAL and you will get rte of GST in such Bill of Material, at which you are required to pay GST under RCM.
