Till the date it's not extend. Still it's 31st Jan 20 for FY 17-18...

For the year GSTR 9 & 9C, 2017/2018
is last date is 31st Jan 2020.
for the year 2018/2019 last date is 31st March 2020.

Due Date of filing FORM GSTR-9 & FORM GSTR-9C for FY 2017-18 is 31.01.2020. Not yet extended. But it "may" get extended.
