I have a question, from 1/10 all registerd person below rs. 1.5 crore would file gst r-1, once in a quarter, and above rs. 1.5 crore would file monthly, how can the datas will be match and mismatched

first let us file July aug sept monthly returns then the government will give update for this problem in next meeting. already lot of problems in portal design created by developer because of them traders confused by submitting the wrong returns particularly in form 3b. in my opinion they must design the portal once submitted can be modified in the same month itself and once filed cannot be modified like that. only because of developers government has got bad name otherwise this the good system
