A person maintained a pharmacy store in hospital prinicipal place.sale of medicines to customers for OPD and ipd patients.
question:
dealer itc claim on OPD or ipd or both applicable in gst act

Dealer purchase of medicines from registered dealers itc claim taken but dealer sales of medicines to inpatients and outpatient transaction outward supply claim out and in patients sales claim allowed

Whether it is inpatient or out patient, you have to raise bill either in name of consumer or hospital and have to charge GST. This will be applicable when you and hospital are different entities.
