Dear Sir, 
I have two queries

1) An Indian company which is a subsidiary of a German company, pays a certain percentage of sales as a commission to a person based in Korea. Whether GST on RCM is applicable? Under which SAC?

2) Which  Rate   and HSN applies to  biomass briquettes?
