I am individual with no company. A company X wants to use my service to advertise online for them. I will be paying the advertising company Y to run the ads on behalf of company X. I will then bill company X for the online ads only as I am not charging them any service fee.
My Questions:
1. Do I need to apply for GST number to bill for the online Ads to Company X ?
2. What % do I need to charge company X ?
1.As your terms are with com. A, and not with com. X; no need, unless aggregate supply exceed 20/10 Lakhs
2. That depends upon various factors like your goodwill, earning potential and your wish.
