WHAT TYPE GST I SHOULD CHARGED I AM AN HOTELIER ..
if online travel company IBIBO books room from my hotel and IBIBO registration is in Hariyana and hotel is at skkim , then what should hotel charge to IBIBO cgst + sgst or igst ?
What is the palace of supply in this case ?

As per Section 12(3): POS is the location of Immovable Property located , hence CGST/SGST will be applicable.

if yours hotel provided catring service another state that time u will charge IGST.

AND SECOND THING U COMES AND CONSUMING HOTEL SERVICES, HOTEL NOT PROVIDED SERVICE IN YOUR OWN PLACE THAT'S WHY HOTEL NOT CHARGE IGST.
