Gst query
Hi,
My client (unregistered person)has sold some old home furniture to registered person in different state . As per my understanding inter-state sale can not be done by unregistered person. Registered purchaser doesn't want to take any input credit but asking for the invoice for his records . What should he do?

No registration is required if turnover is below the threshold prescribed. So you can issue the Bill of supply if it is below the threshold.
