If a dealer registered in hsn 8301 I.e. Locks & key as manufacturer & purchase raw materials from a dealer registered in 7204 can he avail itc paid on purchase

Yes as such steel is used for manufacture of key , ITC is available

& if he purchase printer or computer for his accounting work can he avail itc paid on printer purchase
