If we forgot to file GSTR for the month of Jan-2021 as IFF facility for QRMP person then can we add those invoices in month of Feb-2021 GSTR - IFF ?

I think you can add such invoices in Feb 2021

Yes, You can add.
File your Feb, 21 IFF with Jan and Feb total bill on or before 13.03.2021

Yes, you can file in the month of February 2021.

Yes you can upload those invoices in the month of Feb 2021. Please note Invoice furnishing facility (IFF) is optional
