GST- PURCHASE FROM URD PARTIES
i have quairry regarding Urd purchase. i have purchase from URD parties on 30oct2017 but due to notification RCM not required to booked/pay onward 13 oct 2017 so now is it compalsary to genrate Urd bills series in fevoure of urd parties while filling the GSTR-1 for the month of Oct17.

Upto 12th October yes....
You receive Invoice from URD and if URD not provide Bill than you generate Bill
