gst pur form unreg.dealer interstate
my query is purchase from unreg.dealer interstate which gst deposit under rcm IGST /CGST & SGST

RCM applicable on purchase from URD (Un registered dealer) by a RD (registered dealer). Every dealer who make inter state supply has to register under GST act. So if you purchase goods/services from there is always CGST & SGST.
