Can I file GSTR1 & GSTR 3B from provisional number.

Provisional Number is received by migration?
yes from old service tax number.I paid tax on it but the consultant draw another GST number
I think you have not filled Part B of Migration and your number is cancelled
How to GST office because it showed range 4
