GST Provisional ID Surrender / Cancel

I have migrated from VAT to GST. But my turnover is less than Rs 6 lakh. I want to surrender / cancel my Provisional ID or GST Registration. But when I login GST Portal, I am not finding any Form for surrendering / cancelling.

It is not started. Once it will start, you'll be able to see it in your GST ID
