GST Provisional ID Surrender / Cancel

Its the same case with me. Iam also unable to find the cancellation form in GST portal.

Let me know if you find any solution.

I have called GST Helpdesk: 0120-4888999

They told me there is no provision for cancellation now. There are no notifications from government towards cancellation. I can only preview the cancellation form  i.e, GST REG - 16 but cannot submt it.

So I will endup charging additional GST tax from my clients and pay it to government.

I guess I cannot claim it back from government though.

I have done fresh Registration in GST and now due to new turnover limits without GST liability, I would like to surrender GST Registration, Can anybody guide me on the same.
