a printing firm, has provided printing and designing service through e-mail to its clinet outside the country and the client paid through bank ,which the firm received in indian currency.Is this transaction an export,what is the place of supply and Gst type?

yes,  this is export. export of services.

if we take lut and mention zero rated sales in gstr 1,does it meet the disclosure requirements,is their anything more to it?

I think lut is for goods that are sent physically and not for services. will check and revert to you tomorrow.

there is one certificate provided by bank to you showing that the funds received by you have source from outside india.

Lut can file for both goods & Service (In GST)
