Advantage :
1.GSTP can appoint as authorised Representative on behalf of Tax Payer
2. He will get his own portal (Login Password) from where he can file his client return without taking login , password from client .
Disadvantage :
As such i do not find any disadvantages , except one the if found to guilty of misconduct his licence can be cancelled

what is the condition that sales tax practice for 5 years should be fulfilled??....that means that condition is not necessary na??

kk thnkew g . ek aur baat btaana agar hum yeh gst ka exam clear krlete hain to kya job mein bhi helpful hoga na mtlb agar practice na karni ho to...

Nahi koi matlab nahi banta,. ...haan knowledge & internal satisfaction hoti hai... ki Main GST Practitioner Hoon

Can I register as Gst Practioner without giving exam.
If YES what should i fill the Professional details as I am Post graduate in MBA finance and working experience in filling GST return since september-2017.
If NO then when will be the next exam.

NAHI AAP KO WITH IN 2 YEAR EXAM CLEAR KARNA HAI FROM THE DATE OF ENROLLMENT.
EXAM PASS KARNA JARURI HAI, ELSE LIECENCE WILL BE CANCELLED
