GST PRACTIONER

1) My query is that is it compulsory for A Chartered accountant to practice and submit returns of his client would require to register himself as GST Practitioner.

2) For an individual to start practice in gst without having qualified any Professional degree but satisfy the condition for the same, does he have to register himself as GST Practitioner compulsorily or he can do the practice in any CA firm also.
