NEITHER CANCELLED NOT APPROVED BY THE DEPT 

IT SHOWS PENDING FOR VERIFICATION 

YES MAY BE . . . 

THERE MAY BE TECHNICAL PROBLEM @ GST PORTAL 

If your application is alloted to Centre, it will be processed by CBEC Office. (Presently known as CGST Office)

If your application is alloted to State, it will be processed by State VAT Office (Presently known as SGST Office)

If needed you can raise greivance in GST Portal or can physically contact the respective GST Office for status.

i applied for it on 16.07 ( GST Practioner certificate and got on 26.04.2018) as a CA
