Yes, I can set Actual GST against Output Tax liay but How the balance penalty can be set off...... @ Rizwan sir

Vaibhav Sir, penalty, late fee, interest comes under minor head of cash ledger ,
minor head balances can be set off against major heads payment i-e cgst, sgst, igst, cess...
