.my client is not file gst 3B from 2021 to till ....
what is penalty for Nil return.
250 cgst 250 cgst ... applicable ..or not ..
and what is Max penalty per month of gst 3B

Penalty for nil gstr 3b is Rs 10 cgst & Rs 10 sgst (Rs 20) per day. Penalty for gstr 3b with sales is Rs 25 cgst & Rs 25 sgst (Rs 50) per day and maximum penalty for not filing gstr 3b is Rs 5000 cgst & Rs 5000 sgst per return.
