Gst payment of advance reecived from party in gst

We are doing Construction Business  we are starting New Project Now I want to know that now only we are starting Constructions work we are receiving advance From Party Now i i want to show the advance amount in GSTR 3 B  and pay the Tax or i can pay the tax while we have completed the house work fully  and show the total amount in GSTR 3B and pay the Tax .
