I have pending to pay get amount of rs 3lcks from July to Jan I have not filed the returns, reason is till today I have pending to receive 80 percent and top of that going to file the against me for non payment of get.
so in this case I am defaulter and I want to face any legal issues please get back to me

IF THE PURCHASER DOES NOT MAKE PAYMENT WITHIN 180 DAYS OF INVOICE THEY CANNOT GET ITC I.E THEY HAVE TO REFUND ITC
BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE TO DISCHARGE YOUR LIABILITY WITH INTT.

agar aap Ney supplier ke koi bill ki payment 180days ke Andar Nahi ki hai toh aap ko Woh ITC reverse karna padega, aur July se Jan tak return Nahi file Kari hai toh jaldi Kar lo kyun ki sept tak to late fee maaf hai per Oct se aap late filing fee pay Karni padega

1. Registration will be cancel due to non filer for 6 month.
2. Assessment will be carried out by the officer u/s 62, I.e. Best judgement assessment.
Penalty and all offences section will be applicable.
