We paid gst through e payment amount debited from bank but in gst portal still it is shown initiated since last 4 days

Same for me. Already got reply from GST. Please wait until the Challan show as either paid or failed. My 2 challan show initiate status.

Got reply on email. At the time of filing grievance its showing system error occured, please try after some time. May be because payment status is in initiate status.
