GST payable or not Landlord part of flat
have purchaded a flat from landlord part. and he has not GSTIN he is running other business. he is force me to pay GST. Do I pay him GST or not ? kindly clear me .

Without GSTIN, the supplier of flat cannot charge GST from you.
