gst payable for directors remuneration

we are paying directors remuneration however TDs is deducted under the head salary 192 B
should we pay gst under RCM

Whole time director is considered as an employee of the company and remunration received by him is in the course of his employment.

Only in case of sitting director ,.. RCM is applicable

what is exactly director fees other than remuneration.
