GST paid or not ??

I have purchase one office from builder in shoping.
shoping was completed before applicable GST act.
my question is GST 12% paid on that office. plz suggest sir...
I have paid ..
purchase amt 290000
CGST 6% 17400
SGST 6% 17400
TOTAL 324800
Right or wrong..

Are You purchase "IMMOVABLE PROPERTY " like as building...?

If Yes...

Then No way for claim ITC.

If booked in ST regime, before OC, then ST is applicable to the extent of amount paid in ST regime and GST @ 12% is applicable on the amounts paid in GST regime.

Provide a bit more clarity on facts..
