Hi,
Can we take input benefit for GST paid on railway tickets booked from IRCTC if the travel is for business purpose? IRCTC does ask for our GST number so can we avail input for the same?

YOU CAN BUT SUBJECT TO COMPANY 'S GSTIN MENTIONED ON BILL .
Thanks Naveen for sharing information, I generally prefer train for tarvelling when I have to go to different city.Generally in India many people travel via train as it is an inexpensive and expedient mode of traveling.
