What are the latest provisions of GST for works contracts either of labour contracts or Construction contracts

oƱe of my client have sub contract from 1 april 2017 and main contractor have E.C for the work , what are the provision applicable to raised bill of supply in this case?
Till June end, you should raise for supply of works contract services charging service tax from contractor. After 01.07.2017, pl charge GST @ 18 percent.
