if any one company sold white goods to its employee at the time of left
company issued tax invoice can he liable benefit of GST in ITR .

Employee received car from company & same capitalized in company books.
company sold car to its employee at the time of left & car depreciated value Rs.100000.
company can charge GST Reversed charged or Forward charge on 100000 at the time of sale .
