SAC 9996 , It's 18% from 25/01/2018

Before 25/01/2018 it was 28%

Your organization is running water world (where kids, the general public will have access to play water games with some entry fee/admission fee)

Ans: 11/2017 CT (R) Recreational, cultural and sporting services under HSN code 9996

Services by way of admission to entertainment events or access to amusement facilities including exhibition of cinematograph films, theme parks, water parks, joy rides, merry-go rounds, go-carting, casinos, race-course, ballet, any sporting event such as Indian Premier League and the like.

Notification 11/2017 was further amended by notification 1/2018-ct(r) in which rate been reduced to 18%..This was also correctly pointed out by Pankaj Rawat.
