Gst on vouchers issued against purchases

A company purchases goods from customers and issues vouchers to them instead of paying cash/cheque.

These vouchers can be utilised by customers for buying any goods from the company's various retails stores.

Whether any GST will be applicable on issuance of such vouchers at the time of purchases made by the company?
