05 May 2018Can I get input tax credit for GST paid on under construction property ?
Actually I own a business and I pay gst now my confusion is that I want to buy property on my personal name and I pay gst with my business name. so how I will claim input tax credit ?
Kindly guide me to clerify my doubt.

Under Section 17(5) of GST Act, it is clearly mentioned ITC with regards to immovable property cannot be claimed in respect of business
