Dear Sir,
when gov. is decleard that sweets product are exemped from GST, Do i need to Submit GST Return for Sweet Shop now??
If you have registration in GST then you have to file return even if there is no transaction.
Mam,
A sweet shop owner is imposing a 5% GST on itms like samosas, gulab jamuns ,pakoras. Are these items covered under GST and from where I can get the list of such minute items covered under GST?
