GST on sweeping and scavenging charges

Is there GST applicable on sweeping and scavenging charges for which services avaliable on daily basis ( without any agreement between service provider and service receivers ) i. e., daily 1 hour and payment arranged an amount of Rs.812.00 after end of the month )
if GST effects what is the tax rate....
