GST on Stocks in which Excise has been paid ?

What will be the status of Stock removed before 1st July 2017 on which excise duty has been paid but they sold to the customer after 1st July 2017? Do we pay excise and GST both ? or will we get the credit of excise duty on payment of GST ?
