For construction of residence house, gst rate is 12%

1 & 2 : If sale after get completion certificate then Gst is exempted... In between the construction then GST applicable @ 12%

Now gst is 5% before 1-3-2019 is 12% if u r paid for construction in January 2019 then 12% is calculated upto 28th February 2019 & if u paid in 2nd payment from 1st March 2019, 5% is calculated.. it's completely based on my knowledge
