Hi KK,

Supplies in SEZ are zero rated, supplier has two options either to go by Bond/LUT route or pay and claim refund,

Therefore GST is applicable to above transaction whereas tax rate isto be considered as NIL,

thanks for reply is this bond in bank guarantee it's our liability ? or the owner of projects the principal contractor's scope
